There will be three Sundays markets in December in the run up to the big day.
As well as opening Monday to Saturday from 9am to 4pm, there will be festive markets on Sunday 7 and 21 December from 10am to 4pm. Plus, shoppers can pick up some fantastic festive food at the monthly REAL food market, taking place on Sunday 14 December from 10am to 3pm.
Finally, while you’re late-night shopping on Thursday 12 December, take time out from the bustle of the High Street to enjoy a musical interlude from West Buckland School Orchestra in the market from 6.30pm.
Executive Member for Economic Regeneration, Councillor Malcolm Prowse says: “As always there’s a really exciting programme of events lined up for the town this Christmas and the Pannier Market is at the heart of this. By shopping at the market you’ll have the opportunity to pick up some unique, local gifts and enjoy a fantastic festive atmosphere as well as supporting local traders.”
The market will close on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, reopening on Saturday 27 December.
